Recovery and Mental Health

Recovery and Mental Health is focused on providing helpful resources and information about mental illness, mental disorders and recovery. We place a large focus on helping rape survivors and recovery from trauma, but we also help those struggling with eating disorders, depression, and other mental health issues, as well as anyone who just wants to talk.

This is a LGBT*QIA friendly blog, as well as being a body positive space.The aim of this blog is to provide a safe environment where you can talk about your issues without fear of judgement.

We are not mental health professionals but we are happy to help whenever we can. Please see a mental health professional for any type of diagnosis and for any medication advice. If you are in crisis contact one of the hotlines listed on the blog page.
